Fifers continue good run
East Fife recorded their fourth straight league victory in a 3-1 win at Airdrie.
Diamonds midfielder Jamie Stevenson saw his 19th-minute penalty saved by Mark Ridgers after David White fouled Jamie Bain in the area before John Robertson's men took the lead in the 34th minute.
Ryan Wallace was the scorer, producing a low right-footed finish following Robert Ogleby's through ball.
Airdrie came back into the game in the 74th minute when Ryan Donnelly converted Rhys Devlin's pass with a neat left-footed effort.
Craig Johnstone's confident strike then regained the lead for the visitors on 81 minutes.
Airdrie's Paul Lovering was sent off moments later for violent conduct before Robert Linn struck home from the edge of the area to seal East Fife's second away league win.
